Soroban App School and Organization Account Discount

1st to 30th account: ¥500 per account per month (including tax)

31st account onward: ¥250 per account per month (including tax)

* The discounted fee for the 31st account onward applies only to the 31st and later accounts.

* Japanese Consumption Tax is not charged to schools and organizations located outside Japan. In that case, the fees are still the amounts above.

Fees for other services and options are shown on each service page or explained when you order.

Charges other than the price

Communication charges for internet access and similar costs are borne by the customer.

If an individual service involves additional costs, we will explain them before you order.

Payment timing

When the first accounts are issued, the first fee for the number of accounts to be issued is charged.

The Service renews automatically unless you cancel it. After that, on each renewal date based on the date of the first payment, the monthly fee based on the number of active accounts at that time (issued accounts that have not been disabled) is charged automatically.

If the number of active accounts increases during a billing period, the fee for the added accounts is prorated by the number of days from their start of use to the day before the next renewal date, and is charged together with the monthly fee at the next renewal.

Service delivery

We issue the accounts immediately after confirming the payment.

The second and later accounts can be issued immediately in the management site "Soroban Portal". No separate payment is needed.

For original instructional videos and other services that involve individual production, we will tell you the delivery timing when you order or when we give you an individual quote.

Adding accounts

You can issue accounts in Soroban Portal at any time. Fees for added accounts are as described under "Payment timing".

Reducing accounts

You can disable accounts in Soroban Portal at any time. Disabling accounts does not reduce the fee for that billing period. From the next renewal date, the fee is based on the number of accounts after disabling.

If all accounts are disabled, the monthly fee from the next renewal date onward is ¥0 and the subscription continues.

Fees already paid for a billing period are not refunded according to the remaining days of use, except where a refund is required by law.

Cancellation

Please cancel on the billing and cancellation page of Soroban Portal. The cancellation takes effect on the first renewal date after your request, and you can continue to use the Service until then.

You can withdraw the request until the day before the renewal date on which the cancellation takes effect.

No monthly fee is charged from the effective date of cancellation.

Fees already paid for a billing period are not refunded according to the remaining days of use, except where a refund is required by law.

Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of the Service, returns are not possible after payment is completed.

As a rule, fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law or where there is a reason attributable to us.

System requirements

An internet connection and a supported device are required to use the Service. A Google Account, or an email address that can receive email, is required to use the management site "Soroban Portal".
